Preikestolen and Kjeragbolten

We have survived 2 big hikes! However, they we some what bitter-sweet due to the fact of hiking way up high only to end up inside of a cloud. the hikes were good but the view..well there wasn't a view, you could only see about 5 meters in front of you at Kjeragbolten. But that's ok, it was the experience of a life time. Erik and I are so glad we have then next couple days to just sit on the cruise ship and relax in the hot tub. I can't explain how bad my knees hurt, I thought they were going to pop off last night. Since the cloud never lifted, the pictures dont show much so if you'd like to see what the hikes look like on a clear day, just google images Preikestolen(huge cliff) and Kjeragbolten(rock wedged between two cliffs with a verrrrry far waterfall underneath).

Nearing the top of Preikastolen

Dangling our feet off the edge, wasn't as scary cause you couldn't see the bottom.

coffee on a mountain top :)

Leaving our signature. The places we have hiked are filled with hundreds of thousands of big and small rock towers like these.

Kjerabolten, sheep greeting us.

Snow! not even near the top.

Tore

We did it!

it was so scary getting on and off something thats 984 meters above a rushing waterfall. If you fall, you won't know when you'll land due to the fog. creepy.

Finally done! after 7 hours of hiking to the top!
